Welcome to AuraPaper! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AuraPaper mobile application ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using AuraPaper, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using AuraPaper, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AuraPaper. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using AuraPaper, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

4. License and Usage Rights

4.1 License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

4.2 Wallpaper Usage Rights

Wallpapers available through AuraPaper are licensed for personal use only. You may:

• Download wallpapers for personal use on your devices
• Set wallpapers as your device background
• Share wallpapers through in-app features

You may NOT:

• Use wallpapers for commercial purposes
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense wallpapers
• Claim ownership of wallpapers created by AI or other users
• Remove watermarks or attribution (where applicable)
• Use wallpapers in violation of any laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

AuraPaper uses artificial intelligence to generate wallpapers. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is created by machine learning models and may not always meet your expectations
• Generated wallpapers are unique but not guaranteed to be completely original
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You retain rights to wallpapers you generate, subject to these Terms
• We may use anonymized AI generation data to improve our services

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 Premium Features

AuraPaper offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features including:

• Unlimited AI wallpaper generation
• High-resolution 4K downloads
• Exclusive premium collections
• Priority generation queue
• Ad-free experience

6.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Prices are subject to change with notice

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google's refund policies
• Free trial users who cancel will retain premium access until trial expires

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations while using the App
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Generate inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

AuraPaper and all related intellectual property (including logos, designs, code, and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

8.2 User-Generated Content

By generating or uploading content to AuraPaper, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your content
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
• Share content through in-app features (if you choose to share)

9. Third-Party Services

AuraPaper integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) - Authentication, database, storage, analytics
• Stability AI - AI wallpaper generation
• RevenueCat - Subscription management
• Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In - Authentication

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AuraPaper is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding third-party content or services

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Damages arising from your use of the App
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuraPaper, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your content or conduct

13. Data and Privacy

Your use of AuraPaper is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AuraPaper at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity
• Any reason at our discretion

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. You must delete the App and cease all use.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class actions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intent.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AuraPaper regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.
